What we keep about you, why, and the rules for booking.

Booking terms

  • Move or cancel online up to 2 hours before your appointment. Closer to the time, call the shop.
  • Missed appointments are noted on your customer record.
  • Nothing is taken when you book online.
  • The loyalty card gives a free haircut after nine attended haircuts. Stamps last 12 months from your last haircut.

Who we are

Zizo Barbers, 1 Old Cross Buildings, Heol Gwili, Llwynhendy, Llanelli, SA14 9HF. We decide how your details are used.

What we keep

  • Your name, mobile number and, if you give it, your email address.
  • Your bookings: the service, barber, time, whether you attended, and any notes you add.
  • Your loyalty stamps and your choices about reminders and offers.
  • Messages you send through the Find us page.

Why we keep it

  • To take and manage your bookings, send confirmations and reminders, and keep your loyalty card. We need these to provide the booking you asked for.
  • To send a one-off text after a visit asking for a Google review. You can ignore it.
  • To send offers and news by email, only if you ticked the box. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing doesn’t stop booking reminders.

Who sees it

The barbers and the people who run the shop. Texts are sent through Twilio and emails through Resend, who handle them for us and nothing else. The website and its database run on Cloudflare. We don’t sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

While you’re a customer. Ask us and we’ll delete your record, apart from anything we must keep for tax.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Ask in the shop, through the Find us page, or by phone. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

The site sets one cookie when you sign in to My bookings, to keep you signed in for 30 days. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
